“I’m a firm believe that the walls you live in should make your life easier, not add stress to it.
Before starting Platte + Pine, I spent almost a decade working in the construction tech world helping builders stay organized and communicate better with their clients. Over the years, I saw a pattern that bothered me: too many homeowners were frustrated by shoddy timelines, confusing pricing, and hard-to-reach contractors. That did not sit right with me.
When you are investing in your home, you deserve clarity, honesty, and a process that feels predictable. You should not have to cross your fingers and hope that your contractor follows through.
So I launched Platte + Pine to bring something better to homeowners here in Omaha.
My goal is simple: to help families create spaces they love without the stress that usually comes with remodeling.”

My wife and I are raising our two kids here in Omaha. We know what it feels like when a home finally fits the way your family lives. We also know what it feels like when it doesn’t: a cramped bathroom, a kitchen that keeps you separated during family time, or a basement that never got finished because life got busy.
